Integrity CRM is operated by Integrity Contracting, Roofing & Restoration LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information within the app.

Who Uses This App

This app is for authorized internal users only — office staff, project managers, superintendents, salespeople, and subcontractors who have been granted access by Integrity CRR.

Information We Collect

Name and email address (for account login)
Company name and contact information (for subcontractors)
Project and job data entered by users (addresses, financials, documents)
Messages sent between users within the app

How We Use Your Information

To provide access to the CRM and its features
To manage projects, bids, and subcontractor relationships
To send notifications related to bids, messages, and project activity

Data Storage

All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.

Data Retention

User data is retained for as long as the account is active. Users may request deletion by contacting us directly.
